Home visit to Elfin Cove 2015.  

We had 10 beautiful days in Elfin Cove this May.  I got the new oil tank installed and the old one hauled away; a new kitchen range and oven installed (and the old one hauled away); the porch fixed (can you believe it separated 7.5 inches in 2 years!); the yard groomed (front and back); the bedrooms cleaned up; and the attic organized.  No easy task for such a remote place.  It was wonderful seeing everyone again; especially Patti & Mike and the Norvell family.  My next trip is August!

On-line Instruction

It's been my privilege and pleasure to be teaching on-line for Alaskan educators.  Thanks to the work with Alaska's Learning Network, the Alaska Department of Education, the Alaska Humanities Forum and Educating 4 Leadership, I am fairly busy. Currently, I am the instructor for high school Alaska Studies, On-Line Coaching for teachers and working on several interesting projects with E4L.  The on-line work allows me time with my grandkids (Ayani below.. 2 yrs old, her twin brother, Roven and Lio, 1 yr old).
